The commonality of strategic advisory and management engagements has Kurron acting not solely as a consultant, but in many cases as the full time executive and financial management for the client. In this capacity, Kurron acts as a change agent by identifying opportunities, implementing appropriate actions, and managing and leading the organization through the process.
Consulting Engagements
Entities often require analysis and focused action plans to address limited operational and strategic weaknesses. This also includes circumstances when the organization needs interim executive and financial management.
Strategic Advising
Strategic advising engagements focus on determining the likely future of an organization given the need for appropriate revenue engagements, cost controls, and selective asset disposition. These engagements require Kurron's full service management - identifying opportunities, often leading the organization through a successful restructuring, and establishing an on-going business, including:
- diversification of business lines
- downsizing for on-going business success
- consideration of bankruptcy filings and out of court negotiated arrangements with creditors
- possibility of liquidation of assets
- a combination of these activities
